Nice place but indifferent landlord
Pros
Close to a downtown Brooklyn bus. Packages weren't stolen. Laundry was free. The corner bodega was a UPS drop off point. Good location for walking around Bed-Stuy. Close to Saraghina Pizzeria. Skylight in the top floor apartments. Brick walls.
Cons
Terribly far away from the trains. Can't get Verizon internet cos the box is likely too be full. Basement door would get broken into, including storage units there. Only one laundry unit (washer + dryer). There was a dead rat in the walls and it stunk up the stairwell and first floor apartments for months.
Advice to the owners
Increase the safety of the apartment building

- pretty on the outside - all new appliances - recently renovated
Cons
- don’t look too closely at the renovation - flex units are ridiculous (no living rooms with 3 people) - laundry in basement not cleaned (other folks hair in my laundry consistently)
