Do not rent this unit.
Pros
Pretty green space / outside.
Cons
My review: Unlivable furniture. Disgusting space with hideous art that you can’t move. Your property manager (Tony) is basically your mom who walks in whenever he pleases and he sucks. Don’t live here. When you are thinking about signing a lease they lie to you and say that all the stuff will be gone and there is so much space but that’s not true. When the tenants move out you will quickly realize this is not your house and you are screwed. You will cry for a few nights. You will try to make it feel like home. But Tony will make it very clear you cannot make it livable by any means. You are trapped. He will come in as if it’s his own house. He will find ways to make you pay for upkeep of the space. You are done for once you sign the lease. There is no hope for you. Move literally anywhere else.
Advice to the owners
Stop pretending that people can rent the space. Either get a storage unit or stop renting it out. Why you want this gross furniture anyway. (Holes, stains, considerable damage)
