Reviews

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Responsive landlord!

Pros

I had a bit of a roach issue when first moving in but it’s now under control and the landlord is super responsive, very communicative!

Cons

Definitely some pest issues but the building is very on top of it

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Low-quality construction makes great apt merely good

Pros

The building management is generally responsive. Neighbors are kind, look out for each other, and are quiet. The super is responsive and just the nicest guy.

Cons

It is always cold in the winter. No amount of complaining will result in getting the heat turned up. Consistently in the mid-60’s during the winter. Mice and rats are a problem in the front area and get into apartments occasionally. Building responds well to pest complaints though. Everything about the construction of units is shoddy. Repairs are never 100%.

Advice to the owners

When Renovating apartments, take the care to use high-quality appliances that are also installed flush with the wall, insulated windows, and level counters.
