Small apartments but decent rent
Pros
Landlord can be stubborn but is open to conversation and generally is helpful. It's a brand new building in a relaxed neighborhood, washer and dryer in unit, plenty of street parking, dishwasher, modern look. Our new management for trash does a great job and pest control comes once a month.
Cons
We've had multiple supers over the almost 4 years I have lived here, which has made getting issues fixed an issue. Our coned bills are also high, because we have a balcony and the door is not properly installed which creates a draft. They also very rarely clean the common spaces.
