Beautiful apartment but bad radiators

Pros

+ Great layouts + Clean + Perfect location and quiet + many families in the building

Cons

- Radiators are smelly - composite wood covers at the heating pipes, and it is loud and releases voc with a bad smell - Packages get stolen a lot
