Pros

Building is well maintained clean and new, rooms have all new amenities.

Cons

When I lived there 2021-2023, there were multiple management turnovers which led to unclear rent payment portal changes. Original super also disappeared suddenly with no notice from management.

Roof was not maintained, living room had no window and was small, washer and dryer was in an inconvenient place
