Pros

On CPW. Fast access to the B/C lines.

Cons

Far-ish walk to any groceries. Close proximity to the projects. Sometimes rats in trash area out front. Took a long time to get my deposit back after move-out.

Nice building in a good location

Pros

- right next to the park and a convenient subway stop/line - quiet, friendly neighbors/very safe atmosphere - great maintenance people

Cons

- bug problems, pest control comes by once a month but late in the evening when it's not convenient - sometime unresponsive to emails/calls, the office doesn't open til 9 so you have to wait til then to get a response
