Nice area, next to Riverside park, elevator in building, maintenance guy very responsive

Cons

Hot water was not a given and pressure was terrible, management tough to get a hold of, got really hot at night

Please fix the water situation

Large bedrooms, washer/dryer in unit, hardwood floors, elevator in building

Cons

Lead paint found in unit, neighbors dislike new tenants, super loud all night long, elevator breaks constantly
