Could Be Amazing - But Fixes are Done Poorly
Pros
Building is very quiet and in the middle of a quiet block. The neighbors are all nice and generally quiet. One side of the building always smells like cigarette smoke, but the other side doesn't. Has a pool! Windows are big.
Cons
The fixes are done very poorly, so the general feel of the apartments is run down and shoddy. The hallways are dim and though floors are cleaned each week, it's very surface level and there is black building in every corner.
Advice to the owners
If something is being fixed, just do it properly and pay a little attention to how the fix looks.

Great place to live
Pros
Super is very responsive and reliable, neighbors are quiet for the most part, great area, no pests.
Cons
Machines in the laundry room are consistently broken/not working, heat can be an issue in the winter
