70 E. 127th Street

Pros

Nothing. The neighborhood is a drug den.

Cons

The walls are damaged in the hall way from people hitting objects on it because the stairway is so narrow, Roaches are everywhere in the garbage room, the sound of water can be heard in your walls, random leaks occur through out the building, door bell sometimes stop working.

Advice to the owners
