Great Location but Pest Issue and Mail Stolen

Pros

Great Chinatown location, lots of restaurants and groceries nearby, conveniently close to many train stations, public library a block away

Cons

Massive rat infestation and roach problem that was dismissed multiple times despite repeatedly and consistently notifying management. Problem got progressively worse until Management finally addressed the issue seriously and got a proper consultant four months after initial notification. Also, packages were stolen on a regular basis.
