Fine building, too expensive

Pros

the kitchen was nice and updated, the bathroom has great water pressure

Cons

rooms are extremely unequal sizes so do not recommend splitting with roommate's unless all parties are aware

Illegal windowless apartment!!

Pros

low rent (obviously) good neighborhood

Cons

the loft apartment is really low in height (one ends 5 feet, the other a little over 5.3) the loft apartment has no windows the bathroom doesn't have a fan (the mold is growing wild)

Advice to the owners

Dont take advantage of less privileged folks who would settle for affordable housing
