Couldn't ask for a better place
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. COVID brought out the true colors in many landlords and Triumph Property Management remained kind, understanding, and supportive to their tennants. They have always been excellent and it was reassuring to see how supportive they were to residents.

2. The supers, Fred and Angel, are incredibly friendly and are very prompt at responding to and resolving maintenance requests.

3. Buildings and grounds are always well-maintained.

4. Heat and hot water are more than excellent. We live on the top floor (6th floor) and are always cozy in the winter with just the radiators.

5. Apartments are huge, well-maintained, and have pre-war features

6.On concert nights in the summer, Burns St. shuts down to traffic and a block party takes over!

7. Despite the stadium being across the street, it's a quiet neighborhood...especially at night.

8. Rent stabilized!

9. People move here and stay here.

10. We've been here for nearly 3 years and have never seen the elevator be out of order
Cons:
1. It would be great if there were a few more washers and dryers in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the amazing work! Any chance for a roof top patio/common space in the future? :)
