Low maintenance building, sketchy rent histories

Pros

Great location, that’s about it.

Cons

Management does the bare minimum to fix complaints. Front door often has broken locks.

Former tenant·4 minutes ago

Great location in heart of fort greene

Pros

This apartment is large - comfortably fit our 4 roommates. Management was always responsive whenever we had issues

Cons

The heat is centrally controlled in the boiler room so there's limited control over the temperature in the winter. right on dekalb avenue, where you'll get some street noise
