Peaceful and comfy for the most part

Pros

Love the management for cleaning and building maintenance. The majority of neighbors are very kind. safe from package thieves, it rarely happens.

Cons

Super will not help if a building issue arises that you would need to contact insurance. will find a way to weasel out of the problem and not take accountability for negligence of prior building complaints (pipes not being checked, causing a flood, hence causing water damage)
