Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Renters of David Costa's buildings often find them affordable with spacious apartments and updated facilities. Management is generally responsive, and building superintendents are helpful, contributing to a mostly clean and orderly environment. However, pest control remains a recurring concern, notably with cockroach issues in some buildings. Noise and neighborhood safety, including reports of drug dealers, affect residents' comfort, though proximity to public transit is a frequently mentioned convenience. Garbage management is typically well-handled, and water pressure is reliable. While some tenants recommend these buildings for their value and upkeep, others suggest improvements in pest control and addressing security concerns to enhance tenant experience.

Reviews

Not good, could be worse

Pros

Super lived in the building, so it was easy to submit rent/ get repairs done. It was cheap/affordable for the city. Rooms were relatively large, and the appliances/bathrooms were up to date. Trains are nearby

Cons

COCKROACHES (get really bad at certain times of year, and really difficult to get rid of). Drug dealer outside. Windows would break a lot and not latch.
