Pros

Huge bang for buck apartment. Situated on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, you won’t find apartments like this for the price. Minimal issues ever with heat, power, or pests

Cons

It’s a walk up (although stairs aren’t too steep) Apartments are smaller so you have to be smart with the space Electricity bill gets unusually high in the summer

The best water pressure ever! Shower is amazing

Cons

25th Street can be busy,.as there is an exit off the JFK. On the flip side, it is easy to get too.
