Large rooms at reasonable prices, but very little support
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooms are quite large and prices are reasonable for Manhattan.
Cons:
A large number of mice made their way into our unit. We contacted the super several times over the course of many months and he did nothing to help us. He only came to address the problem when we decided to break the lease early due to the pest problem and the unit had to be listed for rental again.

Had regular problems with package thieves.

The real estate agent we worked with was slow to respond and generally a poor communicator.
Advice to owner:
Provide support when things go wrong for tenants.
