Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of properties managed by Dylan Pichulik reveal a mixed but generally positive impression. Many tenants appreciate the friendly and responsive superintendents, as well as the buildings' locations. However, issues with noise from traffic, pest control, and garbage management have been noted. While some buildings benefit from regular pest control, infestations still occur, indicating a need for improved communication regarding services. Although the management responsiveness varies among properties, the overall sentiment suggests that with some enhancements in maintenance and communication, these buildings offer a viable option for potential renters.

Reviews

Former tenant·just now

nice building and area

Pros

The super is a nice guy. Not had any issues with management, they were responsive when issues needed. Brick is super nice.

Cons

Can get very loud outside because of traffic and honking. Building does monthly pest control which is great but it can be easy to miss the guy and then see insects.

Advice to the owners

Do a better job communicating times for pest control
