Nice neighbors, cheap rent, good area

Cons

Non-existent management who would not address a large pest issue, mold, broken fixtures, unsure if there was an operating C02 alarm, impossible to contact actual building management

Terrible Management, awful building

Cheap-ish rent, location is great

Cons

Horrible management, unresponsive and irresponsible (safety measures are questionable to say the least) seriously sketchy rent agreements. Worst company ever (NAPCO)
