Great location, building generally good, landlords responsive as long as you chase

Building is slanted so the floor is uneven. Have to chase management to get things done (though they are responsive after you follow up).

Nice place, minor inconveniences.

Pros

Very quiet building in a great location. Never had issues with packages. Had to get my convention oven replaced and it was fixed within a week.

Cons

Heating is either not on or 95° not much in between. One of my 2 windows hasn’t opened while I’ve lived here. Smoke detectors would go off for having low batteries in the hall and never get replaced.
