Pros:
Well maintained building with quiet, respectful neighbors, OUTSTANDING super, and responsive landlord.
Cons:
Some trouble with package theft.
Advice to owner:
Install lockers for Amazon / other package deliveries.

Great Super intendent, responsive management

Pros:
The building was well maintained and the tennants took pride in our building overall. Both Super's who lived in building were EXCEPTIONALLY responsive to questions and concerns, extremely flexible with their timing, and often went above and beyond to help us with things. this made living in the apartment a breeze :)
Cons:
Occasionally, the heat was turned on a bit too low for the temperature outside and the apartment was a bit chilly. It was never frankly cold or uncomfortable/unsafe but just a little cold.

Management was easy to work with and reach
Super was responsive and attentive

Struggling with package thieves

Pretty good WaHi building

Pros:
Quiet area. Nice, big apartments. Close to A/C/1. Pet friendly.
Cons:
Heat sucks. Super sucks, slow and unresponsive. Package theft rampant but management can’t/won’t do anything.
Advice to owner:
Clean more readily. Be more available. Set up online payment portal. Work on security.

Great building, bad neighbors

Pros:
Standard Washington Heights building, convenient to trains and parks. Large units. Quiet side street without a lot of through traffic. No pest issues.
Cons:
A lot of package/mail theft. Owner and super are both slow to respond or completely unresponsive. Issues within the apartments are never fixed. Some unfortunate neighbors and thin walls.
Advice to owner:
Quicker response times or even acknowledging that you received the emails or texts. Some sort of security for the package theft
