Pros:
Neighbors are great
Cons:
Management is terrible. Found a dead mouse in the lobby once. They do not respond to anything
Advice to owner:
Your tenants are actual people. Start treating them as such

Pros:
Near train some neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Homeless people and drug addicts constantly outside asking for money. I just moved in and am looking to leave.
Advice to owner:
Set up a better security system and doors. They are constantly broken.

Cons:
Rats run up and down this street. Lobby is hardly ever cleaned. Mice, water bugs, roaches all inside. Have had homeless people living in the lobby. Winter is so cold. There’s barely heat. Summer is so hot. Terrible lighting in the apartments. Things have needed repair in our apartment and they haven’t happened for years

Take better care of your tenants and property
