Spacious studio with modern features ~ It includes a modern kitchen with a large granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, range hood, and abundant cabinet space. The living space includes exposed brick, a ceiling fan, two closets, and two large windows. Bamboo floors and high ceilings, video intercom. The living space measures 13’ X 9.1’ and can easily accommodate a queen sized bed, bookcase wall, chest of drawers, a small couch and TV on the opposite wall. There is an additional 5.5’ x 5’ area where you can add a table or desk. There is an adjacent laundromat on the street level downstairs. All conveniently located on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building located 1.5 blocks from the C/D Trains at 116th Street. Lots of new restaurants within steps and close proximity to Central Park and Morningside Park and Columbia University.

As of June 11, 2025, the FARE Act is officially the law in New York City. Despite some efforts to block it in court, a judge has ruled that enforcement can move forward. That means renters can no longer be charged broker fees if the broker was hired by the landlord.
