It’s decent, not great

Quiet street, nice and responsive super, trustworthy neighbors, washer/dryer in unit

Cons

Lots of apartment basic issues(water, heat, etc), no storage, not a lot of countertop space, no dishwashers

Pros

Laundry in some units. Good area.

Cons

The freezer has been broken for months with no response from management. Recurring roaches and rats outside. One ran over my foot as I took the trash out. They say the exterminator comes on the first Saturday of every month, but that is not true. I have seen more and more roaches in the apartment as I've lived there longer. Very noisy neighbors. management acts clueless. Rent at your own risk.

Advice to the owners

Please get it together.
