Pros
love the area the building is around, which is little itlay. Apartment is a decent size and modern. i really dont wamt to leave my apartment but have to.
Cons
dont like the neighbors, crackheads keep entering the building and messing it up. people live in the building that is selling drugs to the fiends. The fiends get high and keep knocking on the wrong door. they are leaving feces in the staircase and in the incinerator. its just really uncomfortable. they are stealing our packages and keep breaking the door to get in. everyday its more and more crackheads. we reached out to management but really no help.
Advice to the owners
upload cameras in the staircase. review cameras and see where the disturbing company is coming from and make changes. i dont feel safe nore comfortable living in that building
