Old School Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord used to be very hands on with the property. He lived in the building and I would see him working on it several times a month at least. Someone else now takes care of the property while he is on a long term visit out of the country. They are around less and a bit less responsive, but still decent.
Cons:
Have seen a handful of pests over the years. In about 3 years, I've seen 2 mice and half a dozen roaches - not too bad but thought I'd mention. Some noisy neighbors and sometimes the street gets loud but that's New York.
