Overpriced cheap apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central air, parking, locked package room, convenient location, great neighborhood, pet friendly
Cons:
Amenities haven’t been maintained in years, washer/dryers are consistently broken, removed the 24hr doorman for “monitored security company” that only works half the time leaving guests stuck outside and package room inaccessible, management company refuses to acknowledge problems in the building, tenant app that allowed people to see packages and submit maintenance request has been removed, cheaply constructed apartment, expect mold and thin walls
Advice to owner:
The doormen were the best feature of this building. Stop cutting corners on amenities and find a management company that actually manages

Overpriced Building Breaking Down
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful View from balcony
Cons:
Management makes changes with zero notice, such as trying to quietly push Doorman out by installing a self service 24 hour package room. Everywhere is falling apart. Rooftop looks like it hasn't been looked after since built. Gym machines are mostly broken and never given maintenance. Laundry room ALWAYS has half of the machines non usable. Then the apartments are even worse. Made on the cheap quickly. So expect atleast 2 appliances to break. Mold In bathroom and peeling walls do to shotty work. Ahh and the garage is infested with rats. Place is a dump for the ridiculous prices they charge for neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Get new management! Someone who actually does their job!
