Nice neighbors, mold?

Pros

Neighbors are super nice and the super is amazing. Felt like a community and people were very caring

Cons

I think there may have been mold in the building that was making me sick (coming from the heating units). The walls were thin between apartments and I could hear the neighbors frequently.

Advice to the owners

Replace the heating units

Clean but pricey

Pros

Clean, decently managed, solid gym better than the usual. Thick walls.

Cons

Had to deal with pests on the 7th floor, doorways were not sound isolated
