small but nice !

Pros

loved the location, tiny apartment but fairly well kept, management mostly left us alone

Cons

not a lot of space, older building so some issues (e.g. tiles loose in bathroom, minimal outlets)

By the time they get to it.

Pros

Neither the Landlords or Super love in the building so you aren't bothered.

Cons

Old plumbing, nothing gets done correctly and corners are cut, trying to push out rent stabilized tenants before making upgrades to the building.
