You get what you pay for. The Botox place on the second floor is weird and the people who work there are rude. The heat gets turned off at night in the winter so it gets really cold.

I lived on the first floor and not only had constant leaks, but decaying floors and a literal mouse infestation. An electrical storm hit the building one day, and blew out almost $6000 worth of electrical equipment; TV, soundbar, subwoofer, etc. I had to have a private contractor come in to prove that it was both the building’s fault along with the cable company. After a 2 month fight, the cable company reimbursed me every last dime. Not only that, but the apartment was infested with mice. I would go nights killing 5-7 mice a night with traps behind the sink and oven. With the leaks, mice, electrical dangers and decaying floors, I broke my lease and threatened to report the landlord. In all honesty, the landlord was a sweet old Italian man who meant well, but he was not equipped with dealing with these disasters. This was about 3 years ago, I do not know how the building is now, but I would consider that apartment to be condemned and unlivable.
Advice to the owners
Fix the building so people don’t die of electrocution or the plague from all the mice everywhere!
