Pretty character in building

Cons

Adele is very rude and makes up bogus charges. She is not responsive at all until she needs something. High building turnover because of her attitude.

Great value for money and location

Pros

Great big spacious rooms, biggest bathroom I've had in NYC so far. Great location, close to the laundromat and grocery store and within walking distance of the subway and bus lines.

Cons

Can be hard to get in touch with the owners sometimes and there's no real active super.
