Lots of room

Pros

Beautiful brick with very high ceilings. Trash management is excellent, shared bins never full. Neighbors are friendly. Walkable to lots of things.

Cons

Construction blocked the little Empire State Building view we used to have from the terrace. There can sometimes be really loud street parties.

I'm in 354 Myrtle Avenue/ Nice apartment, responsive management company

Pros

I loved out a year and a half ago. The building changed while we were there with Popeyes moving in (smell of grease was not inviting).We also had packages stolen regularly.

Cons

Wish there was a keypad at the front door so I didn't have to carry a key with me. The buzzer in my apartment doesn't ring so I don't know when a delivery is here.

Advice to the owners

I'd love an entry keypad. Also the ability to let a delivery person in remotely would be nice.
