Close to transit. Bedrooms are decent sizes. Personal driveway.
The LIRR is right next to it which can become annoying overtime. No central air and the sun hits this house at peak hours. Window ac’s did nothing. Mold is present in the bathroom ceiling above the tub and in the living room ceiling from a prior leak.
