Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Moved out after 3 months.

Pros

AC when it works.

Cons

The list of things broken when I moved in include: building washer/dryer for several months. The apartment door lock which was very frustrating not being believed despite sending a video of the issues and being locked out multiple times while moving Had to break in thru the back window till it was fixed. The oven. The shower leaked into the basement. The AC has been repeatedly broken. Extremely thin walls. Can hear conversations verbatim.
