Cheap but not very nice

Pros

Location near the ferry to Manhattan, very affordable, nice Super

Cons

Bugs, noise levels were very high due to thin walls, smoking allowed in apartments, water backed up, heating system did not function properly

Heart of St George

Pros

So far best management for a building we’ve had in any borough. Super responsive and empathetic. Would definitely recommend living here.

Cons

Can be loud and the top floor gets really hot.
