Difficult property management

Mostly quiet aside from some dogs barking on occasion Rooftop access has a nice view
Cons
Terrible response time getting repairs done, had to go around super to get someone sent out when he stated they ignored him. Old building means you can hear stomping from neighbors, doors slamming. Tons of mice issues at the moment Currently residents don’t have access to mail due to a key situation not being quickly resolved Lease said no dogs but there are and occasionally bark (slightly improved recently)

Building management is not responsive and issues can take years for them to fix. They drag their feet to do anything since it’s a rent stabilized building.
