Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for buildings managed by Michael Roth reveal persistent issues with pest infestations, particularly roaches and rodents, alongside frequent complaints about unresponsive management and delayed maintenance. Many residents mention ongoing problems with heating, water pressure, and garbage management. Although some buildings benefit from good locations and friendly neighbors, the overall maintenance and security often fall short, with package theft and loitering cited as concerns. While a few tenants appreciate the superintendents and rent stabilization, the consensus urges improved responsiveness, structural repairs, and more effective pest control to enhance living conditions.
