Great neighbors, incredibly dumb management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are wonderful and big beautiful apartments.
Cons:
Comedically bad management (literally on Brooklyn’s worst landlords list), electrical issues, plumbing and water leak issues, renovations done by someone’s brothers cousins high school dog walkers best friend who “knows a guy” that look like a 6 year old did them. You’ve basically got to report to 311 to get anything fixed in the building, the super is the kind of guy who only has a hammer so everything is a nail, and 95% of the time will break something else while trying to fix the first issue and also ignoring and female input. It’s worth it for the neighbors and the size of the apartments, but with the rising rent costs without any improvements are bold.

Great community, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Big apartments, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors
Cons:
The management company is AWFUL. They will not help you with pest issues, repairs are done so shoddily. The super has ruined my furniture trying to fix things. They have the max legal rent hike every year, and I’m pretty sure they did something shady to destabilize most of the units. The leases are all a sublease from the fake co-op they created. Management will gaslight you saying there are no issues and you are lying about what you are experiencing.
