a great place to live

Pros

this is truly a great place to live. the management company is very responsive and kind. the super, while not a live in super, is very responsive and respectful. he makes himself available to help you. the folks who live in the building are very kind and friendly as well

the floors can be creaky and sometimes it can be loud on the stairwell
