Reviews

Former tenant·just now

Generally well run

Pros

The super is responsive. Heat runs properly.

Cons

Occasional roach sightings (single-digits in a year,). There is an exterminator who visits the building monthly. Leak issues. Owner playing whack-a-mole with the system. Dogs not permitted.

Former tenant·2 months ago

landlord is a bully

Pros

pre war building, so the rooms are large

Cons

trash area of basement is nasty, over 60 units in building, only 4 washing machines and 2 dryers. Building has problems, leaky ceiling when it rains. Landlord is nasty and a bully, cursing and yelling when doing a simple drop off.

Advice to the owners

get a middle man if you are too emotional to talk to tenants.
