The porter is clean he cleans everyday the tetants don’t cooperate

Lobby door is broken anyone can come and mug you the glass is broken weird people in the building

Absolutely none there Is no pros to living in this building

Rodent infestation bug infestation no heat in the winter no hot water this place is completely falling apart repairs never get done the building is never clean lights got cut off more then once & claims to be a private building but never is staff is rude & disrespectful
Advice to the owners
Get new staff
