Additionally the ground floor retail space houses a New York Health & Racquet Club with 45' saltwater swimming pool, state-of-the-art cardio equipment, saunas and steam rooms. On June 21, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board voted in the largest rent increases on rent-stabilized apartments since 2013.
