We had mice appearing from the kitchen. Low water pressure and shower would often get clogged from hair. Owner would suggest us to move out due to tenant having long hair. The landlord would often spy on us through the windows, when tenants come and leave, who they bring home and such. Overall, very negative experience, would not recommend.
