neighbor issues and repairs not addressed

Pros

very charming details, close to transportation, close to parks,

Cons

landlord does not keep the building in good repair so when something goes wrong it's already at an emergency level like: burst pipes, gas leaks, broken stove. Landlord does nothing about nuisance tenants: smoking (it's a non smoking building), excessive noise and stomping causing cracks in plaster ceiling, prostitutes and drug dealers visiting one neighbor, vomit in the vestibule, roaches in hallway.

Advice to the owners

We pay you a lot of money to live here. What are you doing with that money? Take care of the building. Vet the new tenants.
