Good experience at Claridge House

Pros

Well maintained doorman elevator building with easy access to groceries. The staff is great, sound isolation between units is good. Nice floorplans

Cons

Noise from 3rd Ave comes through the old double hung windows. Switchover from heat to AC can be a drag in May. Steep rent increases

Great Doorman Building

Pros

The staff is great, everyone is so friendly and nice. They keep it super clean and are quick with maintenance. Truly an awesome building to live.
