Great Neighborhood, Old Building Problems
Pros
-Awesome location -Big Apartments -Great Neighbors -No Frills -Relaxed Management -Affordable for the area
Cons
-Had a big issue with heat in winter of 2024 -Constant mouse issue in my unit -Pests often -"fixes" are done poorly and always by super regardless of whether he's qualified or not -Poor communication between management and tenants -Generally dirty building -Doorbell never works

Best place we've rented so far
Pros
The apartments are spacious, and the neighborhood is great if you like the pace of life specific to Cobble Hill
Cons
The super is sketchy and puts in the bare minimum amount of effort to fix problems. The property coordinator deflects maintenance requests and asks the tenants to perform various repairs themselves.
Advice to the owners
Get a new super.
