Overall Solid Building
Pros
The neighbors are lovely. The neighborhood is safe. Over the past year, management has become more responsive to issues and the quality has improved.
Cons
The building has had issues with mice and roaches for a couple of years now. They come and go. There is an exterminator that would come by but with varying levels of success. Leaks were also common. Over the past year, management has become more responsive to issues though and the quality has improved
