Okay building, way overpriced

Pros

Pre-war building, mostly fairly sturdy and thick walls but still could hear a lot.

Cons

Water takes five minutes to heat up. Smell during the summer, no airflow in the hallway.

Advice to the owners

evict problematic tenants.

Character with brick wall/faux fireplace, updated kitchen countertops (varies from apartment to apartment), courteous neighbors

heat is TOO hot (literally 85 degrees + according to my thermometer)
