solid building, no complaints

Pros

It is generally quiet, my utilities bill for a studio hovers consistently around $60-$80 even when I am blasting my AC. I have had no bug or rodent problems. Doormen are really friendly.

Cons

I've been here 2 years, and some tenants are louder than others (loud dogs, etc.), but for most of my time here, the neighbors are really quiet.
